L. David Richards, Jr. Dr. Richards was born near Scranton, Pennsylvania and moved to Plantation. Florida at the age of five with his family. He and his college sweetheart have raised their five children in Boynton Beach. His free time is primarily devoted to his family but he is an avid college football fan and he belongs to a number of Historical societies. His practice includes low vision and specialty contacts. From children to the elderly, he makes it a priority to spend extra time sitting with each patient to determine their needs and goals. An added emphasis is obviously placed on ocular health.
